Hey guys, just to introduce myself and my business, my name is Ian and I am in the process of setting up my business "Bushido Fitness". We are based in the north east and offer several things including diets and strength and conditioning for fighters.

My main strength however is boxing coching, I am currently training several fighters both MMA and boxers and have been involved in boxing for a number of years, training fighters of all leves.

I offer 1 to 1 training at the highest level and have strong links with local boxing clubs if you wished to box competitively in the future.
I am a qualified ABA Full coach and have worked with leading coches and boxers in the past.
