Me... woring on being tighter in dominant postions and passing open guard

Would be interesting to hear what the black belts are working on??

Just a white belt but ... Passing open guard, as always. working from the top a bit more as I tend to play guard a bit much.

Set ups for sweeps mainly from DLR/Combat base position etc ( Brown belt )

victor always tells me my technical knowledge of jiu jitsu is higher than my application ability, so just closing that gap really.
