Everyone welcome regardless of ability or academy

There will be a 2hr Gi Seminar followed by a 2hr Nogi Seminar
Checkmat Members: £30 for either 2 hrs gi or Nogi or £40 for both (4 hrs)
Everyone else: £45 for either 2 hrs gi or Nogi or £60 for both (4 hrs)
