Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh me heartys!
Ive been drilling my shooting for double and single leg take downs for a while but im still quite slow at it. How can i make my shoot more explosive?

Try wearing body weights, when your drilling it, And start weight training your legs, Obviously the more muscle there the more explosive your legs become the faster you can shoot, And also look up sprinting drills, Sound silly but again, the more explosive you are off your feet the faster you shoot.
