This may be the one from the other day not the first one between Johnny and paddy that was all over the papers. Both Dougie and Johnnie along with Paddys two sons are now remanded after Paddy and then the Joyces dad were both beaten up by the respective brothers last week. I believe Paddy now only has one ear

had to google the name, never heard of the guy...

    grim! http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...d-off-ear.html

are these guys actually skillful then, or just 'hard'?, would it even be worth watching them? i think i was happier not knowing who these guys were. i can't see any videos of him fighting 2 guys on first inspection

Both Dougie and Johnny were decent boxers and have now bulked up a fair bit. Paddy is still in good shape for an old guy, his sons are both capable and fight on the gypsy scene

In my experience thats not the case as much anymore, The older generation were all involved but its not as commonplace and a lot seem to live of their parents reputations

does anyone know who the guy he beat up is, or did he just tell everyone he was a kickboxer? nothing about that video really gave that impression lol... love the running leg kick with both hands down lol. boot to the head of an obviously dis-abled man, i can see that these travellers are classy guys

    is the song ironic?

Mandy Lowther who fought on my last UCC show is a traveller and a very good fighter. As is Matt Howard who is now middleweight champion on Fight Force UK. He was a good amateur boxer too, beat my little bro in the amateurs.

Ive got a few traveller lads training at mine, both have trained in boxing gyms from a young age. Tough dudes.

been to watch a couple fights and its always been a mix of tough lads battering the shot out each other, dummys fighting and the occasional skillful guy fighting.

the travellers near me all seem to be more into lifting weights and roiding than boxing like they used too
