Newport MMA has re-located to a much bigger and newer location... the gym has 4 times the space of the old gym, much more and newer equipment, everything a gym could need check it out the address is.......

MONDAY-
kids MMA - 4pm-5pm (ages 5-12) £3 per child
Muay Thai - 5-7pm £5 per person
MMA - 7-9pm £5 per person
(discount- second class 1/2 price, so £7.50 for both muay thai and mma 4 hr class)

TUESDAY
Muay Thai- 7am-9am £5 per person
Kids Judo (ages 5-16) - 4pm-6pm COMING AUGUST
Fighters camp - 10:30am-12:30 (invirtation only)
Striking for mma - 6pm-7:30pm £4:50 per person (with tim)
Kung Fu - 7pm-9pm

WEDNESDAY
Submission wrestling/MMA - 7am-9am £5 per person
Ladies Muay Thai - 12pm-1pm £4 per person
Teen MMA (AGES 13-17) 4pm-5pm £3 per teen
Extreme Fit - 5pm-6pm £4 per person
Boxercise - 6pm-7pm £4 per person
Submission wrestling/MMA - 7pm-9pm £5 per person
(discount- second class 1/2 price, cheapest class will be 1/2 price)

THURSDAY
Muay Thai - 7am-9am £5 per person
