If you are planning a full sleeve, I'd look at artists UK wide, or even travelling further afield. If you're gonna be having a sleeve (15 hours+) then you're gonna be spending £1,000+ total on it, a bit of extra travelling expense isn't gonna make much difference.

How far you willing to travel? I'd assume from the subject matter that you're after a colour realism style tattoo?
