Shity injury! I fractured the scaphoid in 2 places 6 weeks ago. Just getting back into training this week but still have my splint on and have it wrapped and tapped to protect it. It looks like a stump!!

    How did you injury it?

Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Cheers davie its good to know someone has had a similar injury and came back and competing at your level thats gave me a bit of positivity, i broke it on October and after a wrong diagnosis of ligament damage kept using my hand, eventually they gave me a scan and had the operation march so was using a broken wrist for 5 months and gradually making it worse . The funny thing is mma daft is wasnt mma fights or boxing matches i had that scused the injury ,iwas up watching my sons football and slipped stretched my hand out to stop the fall and snapped my wrist...quality !
