The Heavyweight Showdown event on 10 September is looking like it will be the best SK Boxing Promotions event to date. Here is a preview of some of the scheduled contests:

4 Man Heavyweight Elimination Tournament (sponsored by Solar Investment Solutions) featuring John Stevens, Steven McSeveny, Adam Dawes and Kaseem Saleem. John Stevens and Adam Dawes both enter the tournament undefeated in 3 contests which means that somebody's 0 has got to go…

Packed undercard featuring -

James Miller, undefeated in 7 contests (5 KOs) taking a big step-up in class against Birmingham's Martin Macklin who comes to the ring with an impressive record of 29 wins and only 3 losses.

Ryan Quigley, undefeated in 17 contests taking on a highly-rated and more experienced English opponent - in his first contest since winning the SK Boxing Promotions Light-Middleweight 8 Man Tournament held in March.

The highly-anticipated return to action of former Scottish Amateur Heavyweight Champion - David Drummond from Dundee. Drummond comes to the ring with a record of 27 wins and only 5 losses - and he will be competing at Light-Heavyweight.

Also appearing on the bill are - David Stephenson, Shane Thomson, Scott McArthur, Davie Miller, Sam McLeod, Andy Miller, Chris Hilton, Mikey Roach, John Todd and Gary O'Brien.
