Default Cutting Weight For MMA - A Diary Of Misery

A lot of people were interested in a weight cutting blog, so I decided to get it done.

The first part of the blog is up now, with a general background to my weight loss and weight cutting, and the drop up until now (where the shower of shite really starts).

    Enjoy, because I won't!

    Intresting read.

I feel sorry for your work mates already.

I'v never been involved with anyone cutting weight. I am used to seeing these thirsty starving souls arriving at shows though, so I'm intregued to see what's behind it all.

As expected, doesn't sound like fun at all! I saw the size of you the other week, how the fuck are you making 145?

I'll answer my own question there, and just read part 2 when it's up...

HomerPlata, this is actually a pretty reasonable cut. There's bigger dudes than me at this weight, but you won't be seeing me going to bantam anytime soon for a few quid and a pack of pork scratchings!

Part II is now up, check it out guys:

Going down pretty well, y'all are liking it.
