    Default Protein smoothie question

I make a smoothie with protein in it for breakfast most days, but I make it the night before and store it in a flask.

Someone told me you should only mix protein shakes at the last minute as the protein breaks down. Will this be happening to my smoothie and will I be losing all the benefit by mixing it the night before?

Yes someone has told you right .... so if you wanna miss protein powders in your smoothies and add in at right that time when you really wanna drink it ... best of luck

Don't leave it overnight, do it in the morning, if you look at the bottom of your shaker and tilt the bottle you'll see the protein stuck to the bottom of it

Always add water first and don't make them in advance. I find sample sachets very convenient when travelling and on the move.
