Marcelo garcia is a wizard - my no 1 pick also.

But Galvao was awesome as well - unbelievable performance by him.

    Galvao.

Marcelinho could have almost lost to Kron Gracie, that looked real close.

Palhares for going home with three legs.
You can't put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get

That guillotine attempt looked tight to me - and pretty much everyone else watching had equally concerned faces.

Or does my grammar amuse you so..

Torquinho was great fun to watch.

Toquinho made it for me, too exciting, i think had he been more tactical he should have beaten galvao, who did a great job not getting leg locked early on, i couldn't see the scoreboard properly, but it was apparently 9-2, which i can't see i saw galvao sweep and take the back for what would be 5 and palhares take galvao down 3 times, and the ref was terrible on that mat all day.

No in the end it was closer, like 9 - 6 I think on two takedowns, He definitely narrowed the gap!

And Toquinho was definitely the personality of the tournament, it was awesome to see the whole of Galvao's corner gather round to receive a slap hug and then Galvao return the favour!

No offense intended - its just that 'almost' is never good enough.
