Well, as for Next Generation MMA. It is a nice clean design. Nice on the eye, quick loading and a good advert for the gym.

    Predators. Lousy

The grey-yellow wash is awful on the eye, the images are not optimised for size and take too long to download the font's are mixed and the main font Times New Roman looks awful on a website.

The twitter logo is a highlight set against a high key background and is therefore invisible, heavy use of <table/> for layout purposes, not sure I've found a single <div/> yet. Use of table cell borders extremely ugly.

No description meta tags, every page has the same <title/> tag probably awful SEO and is lucky that it comes out top for it's main keywords although in a search for "mixed martial arts in the north west" it's on page 3 surely they could improve on that.

Not optimized for 1280x768 or any of the standard lower resolutions and does not even fit nicely without scrolling on 1920x1080 which it should as there is no real need for the font size that's being used. And the "Get a free lesson" popup opens in a window that is not scaled for the size of form being displayed.

Straight out of the mid 1990's, awful
