i was just wondering 4 some advise on a diet to drop my weight 15 pounds and keep it there.due to injury ive gained weight and need 2 drop bk down so walking roung at about 205.i train 4-5 days a wk 2 hours a day a mix of cardio ,boxing mma and coaching.any advise or plan i coud try
There is no confusion in it that a good dieting plan really matter to get the good results. But the consistency is the thing which really count to get the good results. So be consistence.
