Gutted, if I had my own, wouldn't need to go chasing women I think I am gonna try a blend next time I need to order, this time thought I would try the seperate's and see what they were like as usually only been using Whey Isolate and Creapure via powder forms, I am learning with the mixing especially of the night time one that its best done by hand so not whipping it up too much and with pretty much double the fluid I use for Whey, still on trial and error stages with it though.

Thats another thing for the OP though - get some creatine / creapure even better - lot of reports these days even going so far to recommend it as a general health supplement let alone a training one, granted if you are getting enough creatine from your day to day diet you won't need to, but looking at what your trainer suggested it doesnt seem well enough thought out to take things like creatine levels into account.

    Breakfast: cereal
    Mid morning: fruit/shake
    Dinner: green meal
    Mid afternoon/pre training: fruit/shake
    Tea: green meal

Green meals he said were meals with lots of veg like stir fry etc.

But doesnt seem like a lot and like theres any protein straight after training? Any opinions?
Andy if you want to build muscle you will need to eat a LOT more than what has been laid out here matey

Bateman's suggestion would appear far more suitable.

Also, if a mass gain is your goal you will need silly amounts of calories and protein, all this 'building lean muscle' lark is very idealistic for most mortals! You will need to stick some weight on the bar and on yourself and worry about cuting it up afterwards to a certain extent.

As others have said, we need to see your routine and know your goals to help fully though.

    Good luck with it.

exactley as Dave says , building lean muscle ? even my mate finds that hard, bulk up and stay leanish , 4-5000 calories loads of protein then cut.. plus as Dave says agin , smash the heavy weights and load the bar up

Just to add to Bateman's post. If your eating has been similar to that in the original post and you are looking to increase cal intake, do it gradually. Going from 2000 to 4-5000 quickly will be a huge shock to the system. I've recently upped my cal intake from 2500 to 3500 and I'm still getting used to it, without keeping the intensity up in training it would be very difficult to eat those numbers.

There are so many factors in building mass. This thread could get pretty long if we get specific with rep ranges, number of sets, periodisation etc so the simple rules to go by are:

Eat Well, Lift Lots and Rest.

Protein rule of thumb usually around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight when training, average daily intake should be around 50-60g still as minimum for non training humanoids.

I have the attention to use the bodybuilding muscles powder but we should not use the excessive amount of the powder in our routine life if we really want to save from the side effects of the bodybuilding.

Its easy! Clearly you didn't do it the sensible way and supplement your existing diet with a Big Mac meal then lol

Yeah for muscle gain you are right Dave- sorry I meant as a basic minimum (like ya 5 a day lark) not the requirement for training and putting on mass.

Haha, that's where I've been going wrong! Cheers Dave. Should I drop in some HGH as well as gorging on fast food? Thanks in advance
