Thread: Nutrition for building muscle mass?

    I'm 70kg according from what i've heard i should have 56 grams of protein a day to keep muscle mass while i'm dropping weight, if i want to increase muscle how much should i really have? I was thinking 80grams(2 turkey steaks, 2 eggs a day) but i don't want to end up like lesnar in the hospital with protein overload.
