Spartan Grapple Challenge has evolved into the South West's biggest grappling event with a large number of competitors attending every competition.

We aim to give competitors the opportunity to get as much experience as possible in a friendly competitive atmosphere. The rules are the same as normal for Spartan Grapple Challenge: 5 minute rounds with victory coming by submission or refs decision based on who was the most attacking competitor.

Each competitor will get a minimum of 2 bouts plus a chance to enter the absolute division.

There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each catagory.

Weight divisions will be split between under and over 1 year of experience.

Weight divisions: Under 68, 73, 78, 84, 93, -100, +100kg and Absolute.
