    ive got a old wife beater i can use and my pyjama bottoms. havent got a belt though?

    not really a lame question if you have never been taught mate im pretty new to mma but i cant get enough of it! but still dont know alot so my questions will be worse ha

    Yes mate just keep asking questions and reading stuff. It's a good way of picking things up along with doing of course!
