New (ish) Freestyle Wrestling Club in Ilford

The freestyle wrestling club I train at (after a brief hiatus) is now up and running again and has a new home at the Jack Carter Centre in Ilford (full address below).

We train every Tuesday night and the classes run from 8:15pm - 9:30pm

Beginners and more experienced grapplers of all styles are more than welcome.

The coach (Jas) has his BWA level 1 coaching certificate and is very experienced.

Classes are £7 each or £24 for the month.

If anybody fancies starting wrestling as cross training for MMA, to learn the ancient art itself or just to train with experienced wrestlers drop either myself or Jas a line.
