    Default Another Training Plan ! - Please read

    Hay, guys so my name is Dan Wayte. I have been training at the Leicester ShootFighters gym for about a month now, I'm 63kg "10 stone" i done boxing before for like 2 years and wanted to come onto mma. and i'm training to become a fighter!

    This is my nutrition plan i have been using.

    Monday
    9 am - 4 mile run before breakfast
    10 am - Weetabix / Porridge
    12 pm - Protein shake & Apple
    1.30 pm - Chicken Fillet, rice, Lettuce
    3 pm - Protein shake & a handful of grapes
    5.30 pm - potato , Chicken , and gravy
    6.30 - 7.30 pm - BJJ
    7.30 - 7.30 pm - S&C
    9 pm - Weetabix.

    Tuesday
    9 am - 4 mile run before breakfast
    10 am - Weetabix / porridge
    11 pm - Protein shake & Apple
    1 pm - Toast, Turkey
    2 pm - Protein shake & a handful of grapes
    4.30pm - Tea “Mostly Anything”
    6.30 - 7.30 pm - MMA
    8.30 pm - Weetabix / Porridge

    Wednesday
    7 am - 4 mile jog before breakfast
    8 am - brown bread toasted with orange juice
    10 am - Protein shake & pineapple
    12.15 pm - Chicken + Potato
    2 pm - Plate full of fruits
    3.15 pm - Chicken, lettuce and gravy!
    5.30 - 6.30 pm - Boxing
    8.30 pm - Chicken Wraps with lettuce

    Thursday
    7 am - 4mile jog
    8 am - Brown toast, Turkey
    10 am - Fruit
    12.15 pm - Chicken, Potato
    3.15 pm - Chicken Fried rice, potato
    6 - 7 pm - S&C
    7 - 8.30 pm - MMA/BJJ
    9 pm - Beef, Rice Gravy

    Friday
    7 am - 4 mile run before breakfast
    8 am - Honey cherios cereal
    10 am - Protein shake & Apple
    12.15 pm - Jacket potato and backed beans
    3pm - BJJ
    5.30 - 6.30pm - S&C
    7.15pm Tea - Anything

    Saturday
    “When I wake up” 4 mile jog.
    Weetabix
    Lunch - Anything
    Protein shake - Grapes
    Tea - Anything
    Relax - Do what ever

    Sunday
    When I wake up! - Weetabix
    Protein shake, Grapes
    1 - 2 pm - BJJ
    2.30 pm - Sunday Dinner
    4 pm - Toast Turkey and orange juice
    6.30 pm - Tea - Anything
