We have two beginners mma classes covering the basics of MMA recently a alot of our members have moved on to the more advanced training which has freed up about 10 spaces in our beginners group.

1830-1930 Mondays & Wednesdays. First Class is completly free.

Bronze members: All beginners MMA & Beginners Kickboxing, conditioning & Capoiera
£150 starter pack
Includes: Tshirt, Shorts/trousers 1st months training, insurance
£60 per month (unlimited beginners classes)

Silver members: All classes Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Wrestling, Capoeira, MMA & Fighter management
£200 starter pack
Includes: 2x Tshirt, Shorts/trousers 1st Months training, Insurance, Full Sparring pack, groin guard, BJJ GI
£70 per month (12 month commitment) or £80 per month (3 month commitment)
