    Default Recommend me some mass builder type stuff please!

    Need to up my calorie intake/carbs etc , been looking at the likes of HurricaneXS on My Protein, not sure what to add to my diet but trying to put on more weight at present so need a supplement to take alongside the protein/creatine shakes I am already taking.

    Anyone got any they have tried and liked?

    Loads of people report good results with Peak Body's Peak Size, or could try something like Met Rx Size Up, couple of people I know used that and it worked.

    Eat more food!

    olive oil is laced with calories. few tablespoons of that on a salad or in a smoothie ups your calories by about 300.
    Don't hang around under bridges if your scared of being trolled!

    I am trying to eat clean and healthy and am struggling at present to put weight on even with a few decent meals per day, few protein shakes etc, thinking add in a mass builder type shake and it might help - sick of the sight of food tbh some days and thats when it would come in handy..

    Olive oil not a bad idea though, hadn't considered that, cheers dudes

    Diet for the mass building that should contain nutritious, high calorie foods. carbohydrate
    is also assential part for the weight gain. The diet for the carbohydrate meal bread, potatoes, brown
    rice, pasta, couscous,fresh and dried fruit.

    Jesus that is serious stuff, bookmarked it for when I need to re-up, for now I have gone with some more Whey Isolate and Dextrose and am using the Olive Oil trick as mentioned above - tis indeed loaded with calories - never ever realised that See how that goes for a few weeks and I will probably order a tub of that badboy just to change things up and see which works best. Appreciate all the advice so far dudes
