I try not to use too much in the way of milk with my shakes as suffered awhile ago from Kidney stones and had read it can be caused by protein shakes etc - amount of calcium intake leading to calcification and stones or some such guff, do chuck in peanut butter now and then and fruit though, also sometimes a bit of honey.
The other thing I am considering at present is just eating pizza and curries and chips for 8 weeks,with no training, reckon that might put a few lb's on me.
Keep the idea's coming though, all greatly appreciated and does help me keep focus on the job in hand!
