Depends on how they sprawl whether they have a front headlock, which you could hit and inside drag like heydari got cormierwith round the 7 min mark http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfHp7uWKSu0 , you can hit knee taps, and duck unders ktsoev does this a lot.
If they have there hands locked round your waist just do like in the video post then sit through or trap an arm and roll.

CRAZY COINCIDENCE - Im just working on this at the minute!

Gbaz - anychance that you could stick up any decent links to what u speak of?
I cant recall ever seening a knee tap and a duck under when you've sprawled on. Have you a point of referance or a video showing this?

Personally - off a sprawl and double overhooks - pop up v quickly, tripod, load the hips and sit out with alot of force. Gbaz - Forgot about wrapping up an arm and rolling (thanks for reminder) and the Inside drag from the front headlock is money!

Ps enzo, in the video - his second technique (off head inside single) looks very lose - should be more control, pain and leverage imho.

Ducks at 2:20 and 1:30 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JO2uc...eature=related He does it again here at 3:50 and 4:30 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IavPebz2JE
Palhares does it against mayhem here as well 30 seconds in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JO2uc...eature=related they squat at the same time pulling the elbow then limp arming to get their arm through to get a body lock or leg.

Knee tap http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nu9BKV9-BkU 3:30 in but i wouldn't sit i'd circle on my feet and drive, and this is why people shouldn't stay on their knees, the other way round at 2:30 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmf73...feature=relmfu

Thanks for that great viewing and appreciated- it will take me a while to view these and look at what you have pointed out. But its all good.

ps when u speak of the duck under i understand that the person pulls tahe elbow of the opponents that is around his throat - but where do they lim arm from? Slightly confused by that statement.
i was taught the 'knee tap' slightly differant in the sense that you didnt tap the knee and you used the opposite side arm to grab opponents tricept - i know what you are probablly thinking - if i dont block the knee then he will post. But thats when the inside drag comes into play imvho. An excellent combo.
