Firstly dude, you need to address the breakfast issue. The 'most important meal of the day' saying is not a myth! Especially for those who train, your body hasn't been fed all night and needs fuel to grow muscle!
Personally, however much I may not want to, I ALWAYS sling a protein shake down my neck first thing when I get up!
Porridge is the perfect partner for that, real stuff not Oatso shite and all that! With fruit on it, not sugar!
A shake alternative would be protein, ultra fine oats, two bananas and a little honey. Very nice too
