Martial artists over 50!
Hi Ladies and Gents,
I've started a blog entitled: http://martialartsover50.blogspot.com/
I'm looking for motivational stories, tips and ideas that will aid those of us that are still training half a century into their lives (I know it looks awful written like that!). It does not matter when you started your training only that you are over fifty. What motivates you to continue training? When did you start training? What are your expectations when you are sixty or seventy? Do you have any tips, perhaps on stretching or diet? Who are your role-models now that you are older? Email me your stories and I'll publish them on the blog (I may edit for size, etc.).
If you are fortunate not to be fifty (or should that be unfortunate?!), perhaps you could point someone one who is and trains in any form of martial art in the blog's direction. Thanks.
