History of Cage Warrior Champions?

Can someone make some sort of list of all the past champions in each division? The more detailed the better, like who did they beat for it, was it vacant when they won it, how many defences did they have before losing/vacating the belt, what events were they defended at, reason behind vacating the belt if there was one?
