Supplements for combat athletes!!!
Hi guys, I've been training in muay thai for 8 years now and I know how important it is for athletes to get the right balance of nutrition!
I have a supplement shop online that provides some leading supplements ranging from energy drinks, protein shakes, to detox programmes, supplements for bone health, flexibility and fat loss!
You can find my supplements at www.naturessunshine.eu/uk/shapingbodies
For fighters i'd recommend the following:
Omega 3 EPA - excellent for fat loss and untilising your bodies fat stores as a source of energy.
Solstic Energy and Solstic Nutrition - The ultimate pre-workout energy drinks that work by increasing your body's natural and vital energy, rather than giving you a short lived sugar rush like red bull or lucozade..... You get a long lasting boost!
Super Supplemental - A comprehensive array of 35 vitamins and minerals to bridge the gaps in your diet
SynerProtein Drink - A soya based protein shake that gives you 20grams of quality protein...research shows that protein shakes that give you huge amounts of protein in one shake, don't get into your system as good as when you take 3 shakes with a smaller amount of protein in throughout the day.
TNT - A powerful fibre and nutrition drink with more nutrients than 1KG of fruit and veg!
Skeletal Strength - Provides nutrients the body uses to manufacture bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and skin and supports skeletal strength.
EverFlex - For healthy joints and connective tissues!
So as you can see those are a few of my favourite supplements to both take myself, and supply to fighters! When you get on the website go to body systems on the left hand side and have a look....
I hope I can help provide your body's with some vital nutrition that is sometimes lacked in diets.... Remember 70% of your overall results is done through optimal nutrition! You can do all the training in the world but if you go about eating McDonalds etc, then all your hard work is done in vain!
