night shifts/motivation
I work nights (6 on 3 off). When i was a bit younger it was always me trying to get my mates to train,with little success as ive got no mates and the few of us that keep contact,none of them share my interest in MMA.
I finish work aroung 06:30. straight to the gym for compound lifting,kettlebells etc, and rounds of stretching/shadow/bag. On my days off,if there is classes on the night i go.
My question is when u try and fit training around all the other shit (got kids too), and people are progressing faster,getting more sessions in,more recovery etc, how do you stay motivated? Sometimes the frustration with myself from 1 night is almost enough to put my off the next consecutive night!
