Help getting a new PC/Laptop

I am going to get a new computer as mine is getting a little slow and is relatively old.

Seen this, but would rather a Desktop or All-in-one computer.

The specs for a Laptop is pretty damn good and a big discount off the standard price. Apple equivalent is about £1500. An upgrade to the XPS17 with a few extras, 1TB Hard Drive and larger screen is £790 then 8% on Quidco

Thoughts? Anyone seen a better deal?

Are you really sure you need a new computer? Commercialism has wormed it's way into our heads to such an extent that we often think we need stuff that we don't. Is this the case with you or do you really need another computer?

Being serious, my old one is literally falling apart and over 3 years old. Rather buy a top spec one at a good price in the sales. The real in the original link expires today so need to act fast!
