    Default is 5 and a half weeks long enough to get fit??

    i have 5 and a half weeks to get fit for a x2 5min rounds is this long enough? im not massivley out of shape just havnt trained for a couple of weeks and xmas ect? tips and advice please.

    Hi Pretty boy what a cool name that is haha

    It really depends on your starting point, you say your not out of shape so should be possible to get into decent shape in that time. Throw in some basic strength work, general endurance for a week or 2, you should check out the webinar I did there are some standards there that will give you an idea of where you are at
