How can you get the amount of clean calories your body needs to stay at heavy/light heavy when doing manual job and training as pro fighter at a high level?

dropping the weight not really an option with me pretty well ranked at light heavy and think the middleweight looks a stronger division as alot more lads fight at middle.i,ll take a look thanks
