how long does it take for a bakers cyst to go down? is there anything I can do to speed up this process, also what kind of exercise can I use to work round it? I thought swimming? less impact etc.

I seem to have damaged my knee. I think it's the lateral collateral ligament. The pain is in my left knee - to the top right of it - that is the side which is closest to my right leg. Hope that makes sense...

I've read about the pros and cons of supports. I had a knee support and it seemed to make training more comfortable. But I lost it. Before I buy another one, is there a specific design that would benefit me more than others?

I had a look at these:

But don't know where to start. Any advice is appreciated.
