Only 2 weeks until Spartan Grapple Challenge 7.

This will be our biggest event to date. We have had many entries in all weight divisions and Trojan Nutrition have agreed to donate tubs of high quality protein for various prizes.

Each competitor will get a minimum of 2 bouts plus a chance to enter the absolute division.

There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each catagory.

The experience divisions will be under and over 1 year.

Under 68, 73, 78, 84, 93, -100, +100kg and Absolute.

We aim to give competitors the opportunity to get as much experience as possible in a friendly competitive atmosphere. The rules are the same as normal for Spartan Grapple Challenge, 5 minute rounds with victory coming by submission or refs decision based on who was the most attacking competitor.
