LOL!!!! NAIL ON THE HEAD THERE!!!!! it starts off with guys dropping out!!....then it becomes a problem as guys wont fight you ( PROMOTERS WONT MATCH YOU BECOUSE YOU CAN BEAT THEIR TITLE HOLDERS OR DONT WANT THEIR "TOP FIGHTER" LOSING ON THEIR SHOW)

then theres the whole MMA "click" that exists ( mainly in smaller promotions and areas flooded with " CAGE FIGHTERS" ) IF THE FACE DOESNT FIT YOUR NOT FIGHTING ECT......

THEN!! theres there fighter not getting paid!

    and organisations cancelling!

    and promoters letting fighters down!

LOL, its shit! and its not changiong anytime soon!!!!

Ok lets have a small bet then. Nothing silly - £100 ? I will be at the NIA and it will be a straight Money bet where if Jack wins then I will hand you £100 and if Tom wins you hand me £100. We could arrange to meet after the fight at one of the entrances of the NIA. Up for that ?

£100 may not be silly to you fella but I got 3 kids to feed. We are under no illusion that this will be Jack's toughest test and he will need to be at the top of his game if he wants to take home that belt. What I am very confident in though, is that everyone who thinks this will be an easy fight for Tom, are going to be proven completely and utterly wrong. If Tom retains his belt, it'll only be because the judges say so.

With all this talk of BAMMA not paying their fighters , we have to remember there are other promoters who do . I think one of the major problems BAMMA has had is that they've jumped straight into arena shows .

Can't expect to turn a profit quick with arenas without brand recognition . As much as the next BAMMA event will probably be a good one , I doubt it'll be a sell out .

Ok so now you are saying it will be a tough test for Tom and not confident enough to put money on Jack winning. I agree with you that this will be a very tough test for Tom. Every fight for the rest of Toms career will be a tough test from now. Every fight for Jack will be a tough test from now on. In my opinion Tom has only ever had 1 opponent who could have been considered 'easy' in his Prom MMA career and that was because that fighter stepped in at late notice ( no dis-respect to Danny Cubitt intended )because Matt Ewin pulled out. Tom will not be taking this lightly and neither will his fans. This said, I am confident enough to say Tom will end this fight. The bet is still there if want it and only intended for a bit of fun.

My whole rant started because of this comment early on in the tread.

If I had a spare £100 I'd gladly put money on Jack as I believe he has the capability to win. I haven't once said that Tom is not a great fighter, what I totally disagree with is alot of people are writing Jack off. The beauty of this sport is that you should never EVER write anyone off especially when they've got a heart and cardio like Jack.
