I notice you don't mention chiropracters? I go occasionally due to BJJ injuries, however should i consider something else?

In my experience, Chiropractors are a mixed bag. I know some who are excellent - and I'm also aware of a few terrible ones that I wouldn't go near. If you have one that you get good results from and/or who comes recommended then by all means use them. (The same is true of all therapists to a certain degree - word of mouth recommendation is the best way to go if you can).

My main caveat would be to be careful if someone starts trying to hard sell you a lengthy and expensive course of treatment.
