Need cutting advice
Tried the dolce n failed! Need to lose 3kg for my Friday weigh in fight sat. Can anyone help I don't mind cutting water ect just need help thanks
If you've only got 3kg and a day before weigh-in then you'll be cool.
Cardio first thing before breakfast, lower the calories, cut the carbs etc. You might not even have to cut water.
