hi guys

i thought id just ask for a quick take on what im doing for my strength training to get me in better shape

breifly they are-

bw workout- done twice a week
pushups and pullups one after the other
dips and lunges.

as i weigh 105kg i do struggle with the BW stuff so thats why im trying ti use them alot. would like something for the shoulders in there but no chance of a handstand pushup. any ideas? also core work is done with a warm up first.

im looking at getting sme sandbags-
SB workout - done twice a week
various cleans, lifts, walks, loads etc. Normally 4-5 exercises per workout.

Core and flexibility workouts minimum of 2, often small amounts as warm up for the other workouts.
