I was wondering if some of you guys could share how long you prepare for a fight and what if any program do you use during this time. For example: Say you train 6 weeks for a fight. Do you train certain movements and conditioning each week and change every week or do you train everything the whole time?? I have been fighting for 2 years now and I dont have a set program I use. I stay in shape year round and train 4 weeks out from my fights. I do a little bit of everything up till week three then just light cardio and drilling moves. I would like to have a guide to follow instead of flying blindly. any help would be appreciated.
