Well done on the competition guys, we had a brilliant day & will definitely make the trip up for the next one! My medals got sank on the couch last night with UFC on. ;-)

I thought it was great, and thanks to all the competitors and teams that supported the comp. Especially Fusion MMA, Focus on the Ground, AMAG Aberdeen Uni All-Around Fighting, Team Unity and the Griphouse, who had quite a few competitors each.

Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.
