    Nice review Ben, thanks.
The show was epic (yes I`m biased lol).
A big shout out to Chris Garry, I can honestly say I`ve never met a more humble guy. Directly after his fight he was congratulation James Pennington and not moaning about what was a close fight.
I`ve had other coaches/fighters that are so far away from being as classy as this guy it`s crazy. I will defo try to get Chris back to the show, he showed superb skills throughout.
Jack Magee showed why he made it to the interview stage of TUF, this guy is a LEGIT bad ass and should be in the top 10 lightweights for sure.
Roll on July 14th for Shock n Awe 11.

Thanks Bri, it was a pleasure to have been part of such an amazing night. As well as the undercard being a wonderful spectacle of skill as soon as the main card kicked in and Jones and Dalmedo faced off across the cage from each other it became obvious that something special was happening, for a crowd to reach fever pitch so early and never lose momentum until the fights were over is testament to how it all went down. It hasnt washed out of my system yet and my mind is still running over events that went down during the fights, I cannot wait for the DVD, so many good fights and all of the officiating was spot on as well, I feel terrible for anybody that lost on the night as you could see how important it was for every fighter that showed up. The fights were also matched so tightly that it took a number of holy shit moments for the fighters to gain an advantage. Well done to all of you, gutted we have to wait until July for the next card.........And yes Ricky, you have certainly taken it to the next level.

    Thanks Bri

I felt I had won 2 rounds but no complaints with the decision it was a close fight that could have been given either way, James got the nod this time and I accept that, we gave each other a good fight and I like to think were really showing how much talent there is in the UK bantamweight division.

As for Shock and Awe I have nothin but good things to say about the show and would recommend to anyone with skills.

The event organisers treated me like a star from start to finish. Bri and co are so accommodating that having fought once you could be forgiven for acting like you had made it already.

Next up I am fighting again April 28th on Dan Korbely's Fight Night 2 in Wolverhampton which gives us just enough time to correct a couple of the things we didnt get quite right against James.
Dont be surprised when they quit; be surprised when they dont!!
