What gumshields are people using at the moment? Are there any specific mouthguards you would recommend?

I'm also using an Opro (the top level one, can't remember the name) barely even notice you've got it in; sticks right there on your teeth and won't fall out. Top quality.

    Gumshields.com

Get your dentist to give you an impression and then send it to Gumshields.com who will custom make the perfect gumshield for you.

I've had my dentist one for years now and its perfect. I dont even realise i have it in.

Cost about 50 quid. But i spent around that losing crappy ones over the years.

I just get a segment or orange these days and bite into it, tasty and protection!
