    Default Combat Training Center Rhondda

    Rhondda BJJ has now moved to the Combat training center in Treorchy CF426BG (Adjacent to no.28 Unit on riverside).

    The unit will also be the home to Rhondda Muay Thai - first class this Friday 7pm (Kru Lee Stingemore Phraya Pichai Muay Thai)

    Current schedule

    Mon - 7pm to 8.30pm (Gi BJJ)
    Wed - 6.30pm to 7.30pm (Junior Gi BJJ) - 7.30pm to 9.00pm (adult BJJ)
    Friday - 7pm (Muay Thai) - 8pm (No-Gi grappling / BJJ)

    The schedule of classes will be expanding in the next couple of weeks bringing more No-Gi BJJ, Muay thai, judo and Jiujitsu. www.rhonddabjj.com

    Full monthly membership (all classes) 35
    1hr classes 3, 1.5hr classes 5 (Single)

    BJJ (Gi and No-gi) - Purple belts Neil Williams & Russ Evans (supported by BJJ black belt Pedro Bessa)
    Muay thai - Kru Lee Stingemore 10th Kahn and Senior Instructor under the Phraya Pichai
    S&C - Russ Evans (Ex-Marine commando PT instructor)
    Boxing - RAF Cruiserweight champ and boxing coach Aaron Parry
    Judo - Craig Ewers 4th Dan Welsh national Judo coach

    Cheers Rich, he's doing good mate. Stopped fighting MMA when he joined the RAF and started boxing. Won Cruiserweight title last year in RAF and did all his coaching certs. He's home every weekend so does a bit of BJJ with me and takes the boxing on a sat am.
