    Sad loss, chatted to him quite a few times, always one hell of a happy dude, the guy emitted enthusiasm. Rest In Peace
    being empty of yourself you cannot be attacked because you arent filled by you.

    I met Roy when we shared a dressing room on Ultimate Challenge, he left a really good impression on me, a very nice friendly and warm guy, so sad hearing this, RIP Roy.

    RIP Roy Allison Jnr.

    I got told a couple of days ago, but still struggle to come to terms with it. You was defo one of the good guys in MMA.

    Hope people take time to learn about you and lead by your example.

    I think someone important should get in touch with bamma an enforce that with pay him respect at the event, sad news
