I think this is a positive article about our wonderful sport. It was a pleasure to write as well. Richard is doing wonderful things for UK MMA and now is hitting an international level. He also helps put the sport in a wonderful light with the incredible work he does within his community. Please check it out.

Jack Marshman: Shaky has helped me a lot since I was 16. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn't be where I am today, he took me away from causing trouble, I was looking at prison. He got me into fighting,and competing which give me the discipline to join the army and has got me where I am today. Can't thank him enough, he's been an amazing coach and friend to me.
Shaky is a great man and an inspiration to all by the sounds of it.

hes one of the few people in UKMMA ive only ever heard good things about.
I found it inspiring just sitting down and chatting with him for an hour. Its no wonder he is such a good coach and has changed the lives of so many. Keep up the good work Shaky.

Great read. Obviously a great coach as I fought one of his lads and it was the hardest 15 minutes of my life! lol
