We together, even coming up from the same org ALL those years ago with traditional martial arts before any real bjj or Mma in the UK, he was the same then as he is now.

Thank you mark for your comments, after having the chance to watch you and all that you bring to the sport, and squeezing in a couple of words with you (i know how busy you are), id like to get the chance of doing an article with you as well if you could spare me some time. Your one of the people in my hit list for positive mma stories, im not a great writer but at the end of the day inspiring people are inspiring people.
