Fairly quick I would guess.

I also find it interesting he's training with Rashad Evans, Alistair Overeem, Tyrone Spong, Mike Van Arsdale & Roy Jones Jr at the Blackzilians/Imperial Athletics camp before he makes his MMA debut later this year.
