A tough one but I'll take a crack.
He's a phoney bastard who may as well have bought his brown belt from primark. He consistently produces terrible fighters who have no idea what BJJ even stands for far less how to do it.
Why does the Carluke bullshitter get hung out to dry when it's common knowledge that Amro is a complete fake? Good judo = yes. Brown belt in BJJ = absolutely preposterous.

What qualifies me? My fricking black belt in calling it like it is, what qualifies you to post on my thread? Please if your going to take the time to comment on MY thread then at least make it interesting.

Amro beat Allan Love in 2009 at a grappling comp by throwing him (Ippon seoi naga) and then spending the rest of the fight running away and winning on the points from the throw. Allan was a blue belt a the time and Amro had his blackeagle awarded brown belt. You show me a brown belt who runs away from a blue belt of about the same weight and I'll show you a lying belt fraud.

    Mcbb out!

    No response? Story time then.

At a Royce Gracie seminar a few years back Amro attended and asked Royce to be promoted, He stated his case and showed off a medal he aquired/purchased(Amro has NEVER placed in any major BJJ/No-gi competition). Despite not being a part of Royce's network/association he let him roll to see if he was worthy of promotion.

Amro was paired with a blue belt and off the two rolled. Amro wanting promotion, treating it like the finals of the the worlds decided to defend an armbar by picking up the blue belt and slamming him to the mat, only leading to the blue belt cranking on an armbar and almost taking it home with him! Royce brushed off the idea of promoting Amro stating that if one of his blue belts could tap him then why would he give him a higher belt.

    NOW!

To be real, Scottish MMA is a small growing community with alot of potential and talent. For a country this small to produce so much talent is a credit to the coaches and their hard work.

What I take exception to is people taking away money from these coaches by fraudulently claiming to be something they are not!

Armo is a talented JUDO player, read that again, JUDO!

If Amro can claim to be a brown belt in BJJ, whats to stop Joe TaeKwonDo saying he's a purple belt? Larry Karate a 5th degree black belt?

These kind of things must be stopped if Scottish MMA/BJJ is to move forward and attain the high standard it's capable of achieving.

In closing, Amro, prove us wrong! Who gave you the brown belt?
