I was hoping you had some thoughts on this.
A while back I jarred my knee and made it painful to bend etc. I tried to train through it
which in hindsight was probably the wrong decision and ended up going to see physio
about it and what he did seemed to work.
The thing is because I'm on my feet all day at work my right leg starting compensating
and still thinks it has to, eg - when doing squats (with or without weights) I'm leaning off to the right.
Any thoughts on how this can be remedied?
