Can someone list all the Purple belts and above that are based in Scotland and we can then start the elimination process

Personally, I think that the crusade is a valid one so long as it based on things other than watching an instructional vid. Asking for Lineage is not exactly a crime?

Why doesn't Gilani ask Amro his lineage and post on here? or indeed let him stick up for himself by coming on here to answer the query?. If someone was questioning one of my mates i'd be sure to go and tell them, unless he didn't 'earn' it then he clearly wouldn't want to answer

Don't train gi, never have. Only worn one a few times. One of the last times was just to get my purple. Sucks you can't really get graded nogi many places.

I first got interested in MMA and it was the grappling aspect of it that which really caught my attention so naturally I just trained without the gi. Then Submission Wrestling started to develop and become popular and that became my main interest.

No bjj police here or does it not come under the Mcbawbag remit

Levo is head coach in a vastly successful MMA gym. He was heavily involed in training Rough House fighters, and has years of grappling experience

nobody can debate the fact that he has earned his purple belt

I did get some McFanmail via Pm by a guy called McDojohunter saying:
    "Hi,

I train up in Dundee and have can across something pretty concerning. The crazy cow jiu jitsu club in Edinburgh, ran by a purple belt, has promoted one of its members to purple - he fought in Glasgow last month and came 2nd in the u70 purple division.

    http://www.efnsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=15258.0

I've heard from a guy at my club that it's gooid training at this club but how can this club claim to do BJJ when all they train is nogi grappling? He said there are no gis at the club, a prerequisite for any BJJ club?"

Seems like it might be worth researching?
